It is indeed a matter of immense pleasure and privilege for me to announce that my dream of establishing a quality education institute in Pasrur City has come true. In my 31 years of illustrated military career, I have traversed the entire length and breadth of Pakistan and nearly half of the World. The countries and families who have invested in education are reaping the dividends. Education is my passion and I have lot of experience and ideas in this field. I have keenly studied the education system of Europe and USA while I was there during my official assignments. My conclusion is that the whole edifice of development of these nations revolves around their education system. Unfortunately, our education system is not progressive and only focuses on cramming. While getting good marks in examination is very important, the personality / character development, confidence building, analytical thinking and improved communication skills are equally important to be a successful person in practical life. Presently, our system is imparting ‘Taleem’ (education) but missing the important aspect of ‘Tarbiyat’ (training).

The purpose of establishing ‘Leaders’ Inn Education System’ is to provide such a conducive environment in Schools whereby students can develop leadership traits and achieve academic excellence to lead in their chosen field of profession. Special focus will be given to discipline their thoughts and life. At the same time students will be encouraged to undertake social work to learn humanity. The School has developed a wide range of leadership and co-curricular modules to nurture, grow and refine the hidden talent of your child. Therefore, involvement, assistance and cooperation of parents at every stage is very important.

I am also thankful to my wife Mrs Humera Shahid for leaving all the facilities / attractions of Lahore and supporting my decision to establish a School in my native town i.e. Pasrur. She is also an experienced educationist and had been Principal of Army Public School & College System Khuzdar for more than two years beside volunteer teacher in Lanier Elementary School, Tampa, USA. Her experience and involvement in School affairs will definitely help us to achieve our set benchmarks.
